We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for both defective and non-defective products. Customers are responsible for return label on non-defective products, while we take responsibility for defective ones. Refunds can take up to 7 days from when we receive the return. You can also drop off returns at our store to avoid the shipping cost. Exchanges can be made as well.
